Sugar-toes said, “First you are dealing in dirty money, now you are laundering it.” With all the logs to this site by police agencies and tax people, there will be wanted posters at the post office for 2 SQUIRRELS washing dirty money.
Lucky searched online and it is perfectly legal to wash your money in your own kitchen sink if it is dirty (yes real mud) and hang it up to dry. This is a loophole in Canadian & American laws.
Most lottery retailers will not accept wet paper notes with mud all over it (AKA dirty money). Sometimes there’s a need to launder or wash your money.
Lucky used his dirty money, freshly washed and dried (some may say laundered) and put it on Lotto MAX. Just imagine if $5 of dirty money, later washed, turned into $50 Million TAX FREE on Lotto MAX. The papers would have a heyday.
