If you live near Raleigh NC, you have extra time to get in on their million dollar education raffle:
Tuesday, lottery officials announced the Cash Splash Millionaire Raffle has been extended. It was due to end Wednesday but now the drawing won’t be held until Monday, September 20 at 4:30 p.m.
Officials hope the extra time will allow sluggish sales to pick up even though tickets are expensive.
Although the tickets are $20 each, three lucky winners stand to take home one million dollars each.
Heck, here in Ontario, people spend anywhere from $50 to $100 per ticket on dream home lotteries that often have a cash prize of no more than $1 Million. So, maybe $20 for a ticket isn’t so bad.
But remember the Lottery Squirrel rule: Gamble only what you can afford to lose!
