I purchased 3 tickets for Oshawa Hospital Foundation Cash for Cancer lottery March 18 – order 11748 and have not yet received the tickets which were supposed to be received by now. We are March 31 and I have not received. Ordered Princess Margaret Cancer lottery tickets last week and received those already. You had an early draw March 26, do not even have tickets to check.
