As Black Squirrel History month begins to wind down, we revisit some previously mentioned items of Black Squirrel interest:

The Black Squirrel phenomenon has grown and spread to various places in the United States and worldwide. Princeton University has a thriving population of the furry devils.

There are many myths circulating about the Black Squirrels of Princeton, with the wildest being that “an inhumane and unnatural science experiment produced a breed of black squirrels.” Based on historical research, it’s likely that the Black Squirrels of Princeton were descendants of Black Squirrels imported from Ontario Canada.
