When LUCKY heard they were giving away this tree in a lottery for only $100 (they will throw in the 7,950 sq. ft house in behind) he said he had to check it out.

Jon Yu was driving by and saw a squirrel climbing this tree wearing a party hat and had to stop to take a photo to prove to family and friends squirrels do wear party hats. Jon was very knowledgeable about the architecture style of the BIG BIG house, but all LUCKY could see was this beautiful mature tree.

The squirrels could live out front in the tree — room for a few dozen squirrels. The humans we employ could live in the house; someone has to cut the grass and take out the garbage. ;)
