In the Great White North, also known as Ontario Canada, being a lottery retailer seems to be a licence to steal for some dishonest ticket retailers.

I have personally seen retailers still check tickets with no signatures.

How can the public stop this? What can you do to prevent being a victim?
SIGN your ticket. If you play frequently and a lot, invest in a self-inking stamp to allow you to do this with little effort.
