Please do not forward this posting to our boss. We were supposed to be painting but decided to make a break and enjoy a nice Ontario, Canada fall day at the Sifton Bog (not Blog). According to the weather network Wednesday was supposed to be the nice day. As I write this posting Wednesday morning, it is overcast and raining.
We did the right thing going out Tuesday (playing hooky) instead of painting. In life you have to learn to make use of opportunities when they present themselves. Going out this morning would not have given us the photos shown below, plus many more photos for our Maple Leaf of the Day series. We will be working like dogs today to do 3 coats of paint.
