Would you buy a tropical beach, fly around the world in a private jet, or open your own coffee shop chain? The possibilities really are endless. Make a short video describing what youd do with the money and you could win a tropical vacation for yourself and 7 friends. Be creative, have fun and remember, think big – its 50 million dollars!

LOTTO MAX – Official Rules and Regulations

8am PST, September 19 2009 through 11:59 PM PST, October 23 2009 

HOW TO ENTER.  To enter the Contest, register at www.lottomaxcontest.com and upload your video between 8am PST, September 19 2009 through 11:59 PM PST, October 23 2009 .  Limit one entry per person.

VIDEO REQUIREMENTS: 

The assignment is to answer this simple question: What would you do with 50 million dollars?

Create a short video, between 3O to 6O seconds long, describing what you’d do with 5O million dollars.

Participants must be of the age of majority in the province of British Columbia at the time of entry.

JUDGING CRITERIA 

1) Originality and Creativity – 50%

2) Overall appeal – 50%

WINNER SELECTION

The top ten videos after voting will be viewed by the judging panel & one Grand Prize winner will be chosen from the top 10. The Secondary Prize winner will be won by the entrant with the highest volume of legitimate votes.

VOTING POLICY

Create a user account with memelabs.com using a valid email address to vote.  An email notification will be sent to activate your memelabs user account.  Users will be allowed to vote for as many submissions as they like but are only able to vote once per video per day for the duration of the contest. 

VIDEO CREATION REQUIREMENTS

• Acceptable sources for video content includes sources for which the content is not copyrighted.  Contestant takes responsibility that all images and soundtracks are not copyrighted material of a third party.  This means, do not use commercial copyrighted music or images.  Videos can be shot with camera phones, digital Video cameras or any other digital moving image format.   No still photo entries, video tape or written submissions will be accepted.

• Videos may not contain obscene language or content, including but not limited to: nudity, profanity, or graphic violence.  No content including children under the age of 19 is permitted.

• Video must be between 30 – 60 seconds in length.

• Video can be in any format.  For optimal display, videos should be 511×319 pixels. We cannot guarantee acceptance of files larger than 32MB.  Acceptable formats: asf, .wmv, .mov, .avi, .mpg, .mp4

• Videos must be submitted via the web as instructed after registration for the Contest.  If you have problems uploading, please contact us at submissions@memelabs.com.  If you are having problems uploading, you must contact us before the contest has ended to be eligible for a prize.

The judges reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that they reasonably deem to be non-compliant with these Video Creation Requirements.
