Where are all the WHITE SQUIRRELS in Exeter, Ontario going? Bluewater?

We were contacted by Ray Farrell about a sighting of a White Squirrel along the shores of Lake Huron, north of Grand Bend. 

On our last few trips to Exeter, Ontario the Lucky White Squirrel capital of Canada, we did not see one white squirrel.

Are the white squirrels escaping to the sunshine coast of Lake Huron?
Are the squirrels learning to surf?
Does anyone else along Lake Huron have photos to share?
Will Exeter be a White Squirrel Ghost town?
