The Wallace & Parnell comic strip is about 2 lucky white squirrels that mirror the lives of the creators – Ric Wallace and Brad Parnell. The characters have a silver Mazda Miata with the personalized licence plate “SKWERLY.”
It could be similar to the movie “The Truman Show” – all our friends play a part.
The media and fans will want to know if what takes place in the comic strip really happened.
Like Ripley’s Believe It or NOT. Readers will have to log on to the web site to see if it is true or not – after seeing a flash advertisement.
One goal will be to make it into syndication and appear in 300 papers, on the Simpsons, and our own Saturday morning cartoon. We can also go on a ROAD TRIP (another movie) in the strip to feature other squirrel towns or tourist places in North America.
